Came home and the SO was eating cold ravioli from the can. EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

I went out to do chores, came in and saw he was having a salad, ummm ok, but it looked good. I go to the fridge, grab the bag o salad. Its frozen (been bitching about the damned fridge). @#!$%& I wanted a salad. I bitch. He says, "Yeah, I know its frozen. Just makes it a little watery"

    Double ewwwwwwwww

I think you need to go out run to town and get yourself a gooey, fried hamburger and fries. That will completely blow his mind! Be independent and forget about the calories tonight---- hell add a shake to the mix too

    Do not bring him anything~~

That sounds like a Timmy move! The worst is when he starts mixing random leftovers in a bowl and eats it. I'm the type to eat everything separately (though all my food can touch). Veggies first, then starch, then meat. Nurse = Anal Retentive? Yep! He is my cook though, so I guess I have to be nice to him. ;)

OMG he so woke up in the middle of the night and asked me where his pie was!

In my colon was my answer.

UGGGGG he does the bowl of left overs too.

My food cant touch and I eat all of one food before moving to another . . .maybe its a nurse thing

Nope not a nurse and nothing touches and I only eat one thing at a time. When I eat spaghetti I eat will have a pile of sauce left on the plate to eat after I eat the noodles. I even have way pick out the veggies in veggie soup save the meat for last.

OK, so maybe I'm gross too........ >:D I eat spagettiO's cold straight out of the can. I have NO idea why I do other than it's easy, fast, and filling. I am single, live on my own, and HATE to cook so I find ways around cooking most of the time. Although, I do have to admit, I do NOT eat things out of a can on a regular basis, I do do it. I guess I'm just NOT normal like "most" men are definitely NOT normal. LOL

Oh and I forgot to add, I love mixing mash potatos with gravey and corn together and eating it. Thanksgiving plate, people who don't like mixing food or letting it touch eachother would die looking at my plate. Can't wait..........Turkey here I come...... ;D

My husband is just like BoBo, anything that might be hard to pick up with a fork is mixed with the potatoes. Spaghettios right from the can. He once put the spaghettios in a pot to cook and decided that was too much trouble, ate it out of the pot: cold. I do cook, occationally.

I used to be able to eat trash out of the can... but since I married into a family of exquisite cooks.... I now have taste buds.

My hubby is home on workmans comp with a nasty knee. He is awaiting approval to have surgery so in the meantime he is cooking. Just what I wanted when I'm still trying to get rid of my weight gain from quitting smoking.

Yesterday it was homemade chicken soup and a beef roast
Today was Egg Foo Young with shrimp

God only knows what tomorrow will bring but Hell, he loves to cook so go for it!!

I get the fun job of cleaning up his disaster in the kitchen~~~

  15. MyTeDun I feel your pain. When my hubby decides to cook, while the food is great - the kitchen looks like a bomb has gone off. And the dishes...oy....

My BF is the cook around here and does a pretty fine job of it. He leaves a couple times a year for 3-4 weeks at a time....I find myself doing the cold spaghettios and equally nasty stuff while he's gone. I hate cooking!!!!
