With the season pretty much up...........when are the parks actually closing?

I was looking up something for Matthiessan park and seen this on thier website:
    http://dnr.state.il.us/lands/Landmgt/PARKS/R1/mttindex.htm#Horseback

Does this mean the horse trails don't officially close this year until 11/21/08?
I did not / could not find an actual "season end" date on the site.

Franklin Park's site does not have an open/close date listed either:
    http://dnr.state.il.us/lands/Landmgt/PARKS/R1/Franklin.htm

BTW - this is a list of all the places Alcohol is NOT permitted and dates of partial alcohol prohibitions ; >:D

See...........Me too......but I've had people tell me lately that some parks stay open until the end of Nov.

I've been looking for proof either way - but can't find it.

I'm starting to think I need to call each place, that I might be willing to trailer to during the colder weekends, just to get the straight poop.

I rode with someone, on Sat morning, that said she rides at F.C. over the thanksgiving holiday all the time........... ???

sandcreek is well mapped it is not a state park so is safe from blogo
those closed by our darling criminal governor are now officially permanently closed
if we can get rid of him I think we can count on lt gov to reopen them all in the spring
