    Chuckwagon Beans cb*cb

    1 lb. bacon (you can pre-fry or not -- I usually don't)
    2 - 3 lbs. ground beef
    3 C. celery, chopped
2 large onions, chopped (I like bigger pieces)
    2/3 C boiling water
    2 cubes beef bullion
    3 - 5 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 1/2 C. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 29 oz. (large can) molasses-style baked beans (I used Bush's)
    I also add:
1 reg. size can baby butter beans, drained
1 reg. size can black beans, drained

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook bacon (if you prefer to add it already cooked -- I don't). Drain fat and then brown ground beef, celery, onion and garlic. Add beef bullion cubes to boiling water and mostly dissolve. Add to the meat mixture. Add remaining ingredients, and bacon -- if you do not cook it, I open the package and slice the whole thing into thirds and then peel off the bacon and stir into the bean mixture.

Back 1 hr. 15 mins. Yuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmm..... Makes a ton, but it usually always gets eaten ;D

    Oh, and I forgot:

    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper

I'm sure it's not going to matter too much. ;)

Now I want to come to your house, Sarah! Maybe Keith is missing Tater... :D Hummmmmmmm
