We got ice, then snow, then ice, then snow, then more ice, then 4 inches of snow on top of that. I am trapped in my house for the second day in a row. My poor pony must be wondering where the hell I am! Bryan is content as a cucumber playing video games, whereas I am bored out of my mind. I can only sit still for so long. Good thing we went grocery shopping earlier in the week, otherwise we'd be screwed. Hmph. I did go out and scrape the caddy to the best of my ability...but the plow came through our parking lot at some point last night and plowed the middle of the lot...which means there's a nice pile of snow/ice behind every single car, trapping us allllll in. Hmph. I hope it melts enough that I can get out tomorrow morning.
we've got probably 9"s of the shit and I have plowed my driveway plus 1/2 mile of road plus my in-laws driveway getting ready to do a pathway to the barn!!
We got about 3 inches. It is 17 degrees out side right now and I just got back from walking the dogs 2 1/2 miles. Heaviest thing I had on was a hooded sweat shirt and I am sweating from the walk.
I am so f-ing sick of the snow. We got about 3 inches last night on top of the 4 or so that was already sittig out there from the last time we got it. I hate hate HATE snow and winter!!! It is making me horribly crabby.
I seriously F-ing hate winter, it can bite my ass.... I'm sick of driving in it, I'm sick of shoveling it, I'm sick of looking at it... I just want the shit to go away already.

Poem was perfect!!!! I keep telling my husband, we live here, we've always lived here. If you don't like it then move. He dosen't appreciate me reminding him of that~~ but isn't it true? Every part of the country has their problems---- I hate heat, I despise humidity. There are only two places I can think of that fit my needs----Can't afford either (SanDiego and Hawaii) Guess someday someone will find me frozen to the ground. I'm stuck here. I love the snow and would've been happier with more but they said Decatur got 2.4" I live a little southeast and I know we got more than that. I would say 4". Went playing in it last night! Love it!!! What I don't like is the slush and it starts to melt!
I'm about to punch the next snow plow guy in the face. Seriously. The roads are great... but there is a 5 inch [at least] icy drop off from my driveway onto 146. How much do I hate them? That said, I've had power off and on all day. It sucketh.
