With it being cold I wanted something simple so I grabbed the crockpot opened a can of beef stew and dumped it in the crock then I added a bag of mixed veggies from the garden and two cans of beef broth and turned it on high. It is so good. Next time I make it I will only add one can of broth and a can of water as I am a salt person but with two cans of broth it is pretty salty tasting. Sunday I will probably simmer up some chili.
