Ummmm.......Where is her fur?!?! It is freaking freaky cold up there, her coat should be much much thicker................ That is one hardy mare you have! Tough as nails.................. She is a looker.............mighty purdy! *!*!*!*
LOL yup, she's an AK pony for sure Her coat was heavier her first year up here.. and it was heavier in IL than it is up here (maybe not as long but maybe thicker?)... she has never grown a coat like the first year she was up here.. she has always been warm.. so I don't question it. my Vet even said her coat was beautiful and thick.. my computer ate the pics of her on her first winter up here.. it is a pretty big difference. I am pretty bummed about her mane and tail tho... the other horses eat them or she rips hair out when she plays with the other horses over the fence or something.. I will work on beautifying them when she comes home in the spring ;D
