Anyone know the maker of this mark. I've had some before, several times as a matter of fact...and for the life of me I am drawing a blank today...

And I was thinking alcohol, BUC. (having had a liquor store before!) I read this post wondering what question you could possibly have about some booze!

LOL, thanks. I was thinking it was 2 initials, Murphy doesn't ring a bell, but that doesn't mean much around here. The stuff I've gotten for the most part with that stamp on it has been well made and older.

I have had a lot of Murphy's stuff. They were a smaller company out of Indiana. Similar in quality to Schutz Bros. Their harness leather tack, especially reins, were very well made. In fact, My $400 show halter is a Murphy.

Again, I am 99.99% sure Kim, the owner of LK told me they went out of Business, along with Tory Leather co.

Yes, their harness leather tack is was amazing! It's a shame they went out of business!

My last post sounded like I was doubting you, which I'm not...I just had initials stuck in my head that wouldn't go away or make sense on Google, LOL. Thanks!

We have a Champions Turf harness leather training bridle that's atleast 15 years old and has been on hundreds of horse. I love their harness leather stuff you don't see it much either around here. I believe they are out of California but a friend of mine use to carry it in her shop.
