Anybody know of any western pleasure trainers in the downstate? Like, have taken horses to Congress or World level or at least can get someone started on the road to that level and then can give good referrals on?

Can you clarify 'downstate' a bit more?

Jeff Greaves in Galva is popular.

I have a friend that has a horse with Penny Boyer (or it might be Boyle) they seem very happy with the progress their horse is making.
